Can I Return My Order?

We are a UK-based company and due to the nature of these products we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges, unfortunately, and we trust you understand our position. 

In the event that an item in your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at lucybeeshop@lucybee.com and include photos of the issue, along with your order number, so that we can investigate further. 

What Happens if I Refuse My Delivery?

In the event that you refuse your delivery and/or the carrier is unable to deliver, and your order is sent back to us, we reserve the right to recover any costs incurred before a refund is made. This is because the carrier charges us to both deliver to you and for the order to be returned to us in the UK. We hope you understand our position.

My Order Has Been Returned to You by UPS

If the carrier returns your order to us for any reason, we reserve the right to cover our costs before any refund is made to you. This is because the carrier charges us to both deliver to you and for the order to be returned to us in the UK. We hope you understand our position.

Any refund will be made to the original payment method used - please note that your bank may take several days to credit your card, due to their systems and this is something which is out of our control. If a Lucy Bee eGift Voucher was used, the refund will be made to this in the first instance.
