We ship from the UK to all countries around the world with a tracked service. This means you can follow your order from the time it leaves us until the time it arrives with you.
As a small business we do all we can to either pay the shipping charge in full to make it free shipping (there are some exceptions where the carrier adds a surcharge for delivery to remote areas), or we contribute towards it. You can check what the delivery charge is at checkout before you place your order.

PLEASE NOTE: There may be customs duties or taxes to pay which are unfortunately out of our control. Please see here for details which shows, as far as we are aware and according to DHL, if your order value plus the delivery charge and insurance total the de minimis figure, duties will apply. These can be paid either cash on delivery or online, through the tracking link - please keep a note of the reference as the driver will need to see this to release your parcel to you.
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND via DPD 2 working days - due to Brexit there will be tax to pay when importing from us in the UK. This is out of our control unfortunately and is imposed by the EU. Please contact us for further details and our apologies for any inconvenience.

When Will My Order Arrive?
We use DHL tracked for international deliveries and DPD tracked service for deliveries to Europe. Delivery varies depending on your country, eg for the USA it is within 3-6 business days, and for Australia it is 4-7 business days - please refer to the Track Shipment link provided (once your order has shipped) to receive the most up-to-date shipping information from the carrier’s website.
What Happens Once I Place My Order?
• Lucy Bee will email you to confirm your order
• Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. From this you can receive the most up-to-date shipping information from the carrier, by clicking on the link Track Shipment. Please refer to this in the first instance for any shipping and delivery queries relating to your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can do this through the link that we email to you once your order has shipped and we recommend checking this in the first instance for any queries about your delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: It may take a while for the carrier to update your tracking information on their site.
What Happens to My Delivery if I Am Not Home?
Please refer to your tracking link for updates. DHL will email or text you if you're not in, with 6 options as to where you want your order delivered, including if you'd like it left in a safe place, or delivered to a collection point.
DHL will make 2 delivery attempts, after which they return the parcel to us, so please keep an eye on your tracking to avoid any issues, thank you. We're always happy to help if you have any questions.
I Gave the Wrong Address on My Order, Please Help!
Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order has not been shipped, we can change the shipping details as requested.
If your order has already shipped, we will do our best to contact the carrier to try to get this corrected. Please bear with us on this though as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address which has been provided on your order.
Do You Ship to Military Addresses?
Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to ship to military addresses and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Do You Offset the Carbon Emissions for My Order?
This is an area in which we’re conscious of doing something practical to help curb these effects and we’ve looked at various schemes set up for carbon offsetting.
We want our offsets to be used productively and efficiently and feel the best way that we can help make a difference is by donating the equivalent carbon offset to our chosen charity.
