Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the UK to all countries around the world with UPS and their tracked service. This means you can follow your order from the time it leaves us until the time it arrives with you.

Shipping is calculated at checkout before finalizing your order and is based on your zip code/address.
 

AUSTRALIA 
- Shipping is approx. AU$12 on orders over AU$138 (we have contributed AU$27 to the total fee made by UPS). There are some exceptions where UPS add a surcharge to extended area post codes

USA and CANADA
- orders over US$100: FREE*
- order over US$50: we contribute US$10 towards shipping

*for delivery to some zip codes/addresses, the carrier UPS, adds an extended area surcharge and if this is the case with your order and your order is over US$100, we contribute US$25 towards shipping  

REST OF THE WORLD - shipping varies depending on your country and postal address
- orders over US$100 - we contribute US$20 towards shipping

We don't add anything to the charge that UPS make to us for your delivery and where we can we either contribute towards the shipping fee or we pay it in full. 

PLEASE NOTE: If there are any charges for customs, import duties, local taxes and/or duties, these need to be paid for by the customer and are not the responsibility of Lucy Bee. These can be paid either cash on delivery or online, through the UPS tracking link - please keep a note of the reference as the driver will need to see this to release your parcel to you. 

When Will My Order Arrive? 

We use UPS tracked service for all deliveries. Delivery varies depending on your country, eg for the USA it is usually within 3 days, and for Australia it is usually 7 days - please refer to the Track Shipment link provided (once your order has shipped) to receive the most up-to-date shipping information from the carrier’s website (UPS).

What Happens Once I Place My Order?

• Lucy Bee will email you to confirm your order

• Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. From this you can receive the most up-to-date shipping information from the carrier’s website (UPS), by clicking on the link Track Shipment. Please refer to this in the first instance for any shipping and delivery queries relating to your order

How Do I Track My Order?

You can do this through the link that we email to you once your order has shipped and we recommend checking this in the first instance for any queries about your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: It may take a while for UPS to update your tracking information on their site.

We recommend signing up for free to UPS My Choice®, which allows you to personalize your delivery for maximum flexibility.

When Will I Receive My Order?

You can track the delivery through the tracking link. Delivery varies depending on your country, for example to the USA delivery is usually within 3 days, and for Australia it's usually 7 days. 

What Happens to My Delivery if I Am Not Home?

UPS will message you the day before your delivery is due. You then have the option to message them to:
• Rearrange delivery
• Ask for your parcel to be left in a safe place/with a neighbor
• Request that your parcel is left at a UPS access collection point for collection by yourself 

If UPS attempt to deliver and do not hear from you, they will leave your parcel at one of their access collection points, for you to collect.

Please check emails and/or text messages for delivery details. If the carrier returns the parcel to us, we reserve the right to retain your payment to cover our costs.

What Happens if I Refuse My Delivery?

If you refuse to accept your delivery and/or the carrier is unable to deliver and your order is sent back to us, we reserve the right to recover any costs incurred before a refund is made. This is because the carrier charges us to both deliver to you and for the order to be returned to us in the UK. We hope you understand our position.

I Gave the Wrong Address on My Order, Please Help!

Please email us as soon as possible at hello@lucybee.com and if your order has not been shipped, we can change the shipping details as requested.  

If your order has already shipped, we will do our best to contact the carrier to try to get this corrected. Please bear with us on this though as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address which has been provided on your order. 

Do You Ship to Military Addresses? 

Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to ship to military addresses and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Do You Offset the Carbon Emissions for My Order?

This is an area in which we’re conscious of doing something practical to help curb these effects and we’ve looked at various schemes set up for carbon offsetting.

We want our offsets to be used productively and efficiently and feel the best way that we can help make a difference is by donating the equivalent carbon offset to our chosen charity.
